When you download, register with, or use this Application, we may ask you provide information:

Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.

Usage Details. When you access and use the Application, we may automatically collect certain details of your access to and use of the Application, including location data and communication data and the resources that you access and use on or through the Application.

Location Information. This Application collects precise real-time GPS location data when the app is in use. Location data is essential for our core features:
- You must be within 500 meters of a place to check in
- You can only view and post content ("drops") at places where you can check in
- Your location is verified each time you attempt to check in
- Location data is linked to the photos/videos you post

If you do not want us to collect this information do not download the Application or delete it from your device OR you may opt out at any time by going to the user settings screen and turning off Automated Data Collection setting. For more information. Note, however, that opting out of the Application's collection of location information will cause its location-based features to be disabled.

Information Collection Technologies

The technologies we use for automatic information collection may include:

Cookies (or mobile cookies). A cookie is a small file placed on your smartphone. It may be possible to refuse to accept mobile cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your smartphone. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of our Application.

Show you drops from other users at your location
Tag your photos/videos with location data
Verify proximity for coupon redemption

Real-time location: Only collected while app is active, not stored
Check-in history: Retained until account deletion
Drop locations: Permanently associated with content
Place visit patterns: Aggregated for analytics

Important Location Disclaimers:

GPS accuracy can vary based on device, weather, and buildings
Do not trespass on private property to reach check-in locations
Do not use while driving or in dangerous situations
Location features require active internet connection
We are not responsible for injuries related to visiting locations

We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. If you delete your User Contributions from the Application, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other Application users. Proper access and use of information provided on the Application, including User Contributions, is governed by our terms of use.

Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, California law may provide you with additional rights regarding our use of your personal information.

California's “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of our Application that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
